Strengthen Chamber Long term Financial Position: Continue to develop and improve the existing programs and activities of the Chamber, including the annual Directory/Guide; website; business socials; newsletter; Business Appreciation Week activities and Business Expo; golf tournament; and the annual Trek to Richmond to meet state legislators.

Enhance Membership Services: Develop and implement business programs to attract and meet new business in the community. Attract and assist new and different business to provide needed services in the county. Increase the strength of our membership, to over 200, to act as a stronger voice. 

Promote The Economic Vitality of Fluvanna County: Provide leadership to county government for economic development and actively participate in local government issues. Stay aware of business trends in the county and make improvement recommendations to the community and support the development of infrastructure that can support business.  Be proactive participants in planned development (residential, commercial and industrial). Promote tourism.

Build Strategic community Partnerships: Continue to support community organizations such as the Fluvanna County Citizen Leadership Program. Working strategically with other area Chamber of Commerce by establishing chamber partnerships and becoming more involved with business organizations in surrounding communities.
