Strengthen Chamber Long-term Financial Position: Continue to develop and improve existing programs and activities of the Chamber, including the annual Directory/Guide, website, business socials, newsletter, Business Appreciation Week activities and our annual Trek to Richmond to meet state legislators.

Enhance Membership Services: Develop and implement business programs to attract and work with new businesses to provide needed services in the county. Increase the strength of our membership to over 200 to create a stronger voice. 

Promote The Economic Vitality of Fluvanna County: Provide leadership to county government for economic development and actively participate in local government issues. Maintain awareness of business trends in the county and make recommendations to the community.  Encourage the development of an infrastructure that can support business.  Be proactive participants in planned development, buying local and growing our tourism industry.

Build Strategic Community Partnerships: Continue to support community organizations such as the Fluvanna County Citizen Leadership Program. Work strategically with other area Chambers of Commerce to establish chamber partnerships and increase involvement with business organizations in surrounding communities.
