Membership Year 2013 Application

(October 1, 2012*- September 30, 2013**)

To find FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) #, add up employee hours paid per week

(include full- & part-time employees) and divide by 40.

* If you are joining after the Annual Guide has gone to press (by early March for April distribution),

call the Chamber Office to discuss prorated membership for the remainder of the membership year.

** If you are joining in August or September,

these months are offered at no charge when you pay in full for the upcoming Membership Year.

Affiliate Membership (for eligible C'ville Regional Chamber Members) - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments The Fluvanna County Chamber of Commerce is an Affiliate Chamber of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Beginning in fall 2012, as part of this affiliation, dues paying business members of the C'ville Regional Chamber that are based in Charlottesville/Albemarle and have 10 or fewer employees are eligible for Affiliate Membership in the Fluvanna County Chamber at no additional cost.

Complete the New Member Application. (You will need your C'ville Chamber Membership ID# and membership renewal date.)

This is a non-voting level of membership.

Basic Membership 1: 0-5 FTE Employees - $120.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments

Basic Membership 2: 6-10 FTE Employees - $135.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments

Basic Membership 3: 11-15 FTE Employees - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments

Basic Membership 4: 16-20 FTE Employees - $175.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments

Basic Membership 5: 21+ FTE Employees - $375.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments

Basic Membership 6: Patron - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments For those who do not qualify for full membership (as business owner or employee with business interests in the county) or for associate membership (as an employee of a Fluvanna County Chamber member business) BUT who are interested in supporting the Chamber in fulfilling its mission.

Basic Membership 7: Associate - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No recurring payments Available to up to two additional employees of a Fluvanna County Chamber member business.

(Members businesses each get only one vote. An Associate Member will have voting privileges only if designated as the voting member representing the Member Business at a particular meeting.)

Chamber Contact - Free Subscription period: Unlimited For people who are not eligible for membership or who are not ready to join but wish to be informed of Chamber events.

NOTE: This puts you on our mailing lists but DOES NOT include being listed on the Chamber website or in the membership directory of the annual Fluvanna County Guide.
